Congratulations on being successful in our Covid-19 Business Recovery Fund. The aim of this fund is to help support local businesses within the parish of Polesworth through awarding grants that support projects with a public benefit.
The grant scheme has been designed to be as flexible as possible because we recognise the changing and challenging times, we are all operating in. You will already have been made aware of the amount awarded to you project and the next stage is to complete this form so we can get on with releasing the funds to you.
In order for us to release the funds to you we require your bank details:
We require you to send an update report to us within 3 months of the grant being awarded and if the project last longer than 3 months, then we require a report to be sent at the end of the project as well. This report should briefly outline your progress towards meeting the outcomes above.
At the end of your project, you should also send a breakdown of how you have spent the grant award.
Failure to meet any of the criteria or milestones listed above may result in the Council seeking to reclaim your grant award. Please talk to us at the earliest opportunity if you are unable to meet this criteria.
